The teen years are a critical time for teens and parents to find ways to accept and connect with each other. As they go through these challenging years together, teens and parents also need to able to take care of themselves and stay in their power. In this teleconference, Dr. Beth offers techniques to help parents listen so their teens will talk to them, and also how teens can talk so parents will listen.

“Bridgeing the Parent/Teens Communication Gap” brings parents and teens together with others around the country to show how open communication, compassion, playfulness and other practices can help them develop closer, healthier, more meaningful relationships. Parents will learn how to feel more confident, relaxed and gratified in their parenting, while teens will learn how to individuate from their parent, take responsibility for their thoughts and actions, and fully step into their identities.

In this teleconference, parents and teens will learn how to stay in their power and still be connected to and supported by their teen/parent.
